Ingredients :- 250 gr boneless leg of lamb
- 80 g onion>
- 80 g paprika
- 10 g garlic
- 70 gr potatoes and parsley
- 60 grams of beans & zucchini
- 60 g carrot
- 80 g eggplant
- 30 g soy sauce
- 3 g salt
- 2 gr coriander
- 2 g star anis
- 2 gr cloves
- 2 gr black pepper
- 2 g cinnamon
- 8 gr flour
- 25 ml vegetables oil
- 30 g cabbage
- 4 gr sesame seeds
- 4 eggs
- 30 g leeks
- 15 g onion
- 2 g salt
- 15 g vegetables oil
- 20 ml milk
- 10 g fried onions
Method :- Fry a few layers of egg omelette, set aside.
- Cut the thin leg of lamb, then fried in a skillet containing vegetable oil, pour the soy sauce, seasoning, then set aside.
- Fried pieces of eggplant and potatoes, Leek, and pepper, set aside.
- Prepare circular mold omelets, eggs cooked omelette print, then give the eggplant on top, then add egg omelet mold, then cut leg of lamb, then on it again, add carrots and zucchini fries.
- saute cabbage with oil and sesame seeds, then put in between layers of mutton and an omelet, Decorate with coriander leaves.
